GDPR Information Clause
Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016, we inform that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Huzar Software Andrzej Huzar, NIP 8950002360, with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Tczewska 14, 51-429 Wrocław;
2. Your personal data will be processed solely for the following purposes:
   1. sending a link to download the program,
   2. sending information about new versions of the
   program   (until the end of 2024, after which the user will have the opportunity to register separately in the customer database).
3. The scope of the data: user e-mail address, the IP address from which the form was sent
4. The recipients of your personal data will be Huzar Software employees only;
5. Your personal data will not be shared with other companies;
6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations;
7. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 1 year;
8. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. 9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;
10. Providing your personal data is a condition for downloading the Huzar Software software in order to complete the order;
11. Your data will be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
